What is your MOQ?起订量是多少？
MOQ varies by product: charging cables from 10 pcs, water pumps from 20 pcs, brake pads from 50 sets, BMS boards from 5 pcs. Small trial orders are welcome.起订量视产品而定：充电枪 10 件起、水泵 20 件起、刹车片 50 套起、BMS 板 5 件起，欢迎小批量试单。
How long is the lead time?交期多久？
Standard production takes 7-15 days after order confirmation; stock items ship within 3-5 days.常规生产在订单确认后 7–15 天；现货 3–5 天发出。
What payment methods do you accept?支持哪些付款方式？
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C. For new customers, first orders may require 100% upfront.支持 T/T（30% 定金，70% 发货前付清）与 L/C。新客户首单可能需 100% 预付。
How do you guarantee quality?品质如何保障？
Every product is inspected before shipment, and quality issues are handled according to the contract terms agreed on your order.每件产品出货前均经检测，质量问题按订单合同约定处理。

Can I order samples first?可以先买样品吗？
Yes. Sample cost is charged at 50% of product value and refunded once you place a confirmed order.可以。样品费按货值 50% 收取，确认下单后退还。
How is shipping calculated?运费怎么算？
Sea, air or express depending on weight and destination. FOB, CIF and DDP terms available. We quote freight with your order.根据重量与目的地选择海运、空运或快递。支持 FOB、CIF、DDP 条款，随订单提供运费报价。
Do you provide invoices?提供发票吗？
