1. General

These terms govern your use of the Luoyun EV Parts website (operated by Shanghai Luoyun Industrial, 上海络蕴实业) and any purchases made through it. By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. Prices and product information shown on the website are for reference; final quotations are provided in writing by email.

2. Products & Quotations

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. A binding order is formed only after both parties confirm a written quotation (price, quantity, MOQ, delivery time and payment terms).

3. Orders, Payment & Delivery

Payment terms (e.g., T/T, L/C), trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP) and delivery schedules are agreed per order. Risk passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. Customs clearance at destination is the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is explicitly agreed.

4. Warranty

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are assessed by Luoyun EV Parts; remedies are limited to repair or replacement of defective goods.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luoyun EV Parts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, arising from the use of products or the website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
